From your consultation to your first maintenance visit
Five steps, from booking to your first maintenance visit.
Book a time at the studio
Pick a Monday or Friday between 3pm and 7pm, here or by text with Stacey's assistant. Once you're booked, send three photos of your hair (front, top and back) so Stacey can prepare. Add a style you like if you have one.
Your consultation
At the studio in Shoreditch. Stacey looks at where your hair loss is, what you still have and how you wear it now. Then the practical questions: what you do for work, whether you train, how often you can get back. Those answers decide which base will hold up for you.
Your system is ordered
If you want to go ahead, a £350 deposit orders your system. It's made to your colour, density and measurements, so it fits nobody else. That's why the deposit comes before the order, not on the day.
Two and a half hours, and you walk out with it on
Colour and density matched, system fitted, hairline shaped, then cut in and styled. You leave with a full head of hair.
Maintenance every few weeks
The system comes off, the adhesive is cleared, everything is cleaned, your own hair is trimmed, and it goes back on. A system lasts three to six months before it needs replacing.
£695, the same for everyone
Your first system is £695, fitted. It’s the same price whatever your colour match or however far along your hair loss is.
The part most people forget to count is maintenance. It carries on for as long as you wear one. The full price list is on the cost page, and what happens on the day is on the fitting page.
Before you book
Do I have to decide at the consultation?
No. Take as long as you need. Nothing is ordered until you pay the deposit.
Can I do the consultation on video?
Yes. It works the same way, just from your sofa.
Is the consultation a sales pitch?
It’s Stacey, looking at your hair, matching your colour and answering your questions. You can try a system on. Nothing is ordered unless you decide to go ahead, and the £50 comes off your fitting if you do.
What should I send beforehand?
Nothing. Just bring your questions. Once you’re booked, Stacey will ask for three photos of your hair (front, top and back), plus a style you like if you have one.
Where is the studio?
2-4 Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch, a short walk from Shoreditch High Street or Liverpool Street. It’s a private room, not a salon floor.
